OMV move from 5 to 6 causing Nginx errors

I have followed the move from OMV 5 to 6 and all worked fine, I got all the containers working and more. Only it seems that I am not able to use nginx proxy Manger properly anymore. It gives me internal error when creating any forward.
Is there some kind of purge or reset for it to work again ?

strange. I can confirm I am able to create new forwards. Is there any output in the portainer logs?.

I got it running again now were I moved to Cloudflare tunnels on the pi.
Now only the once that are using Authelia are under nginx
