Before OVM Install - EP5

Hi,
Following steps in episode 5.
sudo rm -f /etc/systemd/network/99-default.link
sudo reboot
After the reboot command, unable to access PI4 system. (Default port is still 22, did not change)
Initially 2-3 times the green light flashes, after that dead - no lights flashing.
I am trying to use PI4 as a NAS - formatted the drives, and build a RAID5. After the Raid is rebuilt, I used the able 2 commands and the system is dead. Already done this twice.
Could you kindly suggest/advise.
